Auto Z-axis that moves with surface is to avoid collision in case of unflat sheets. Its working principal is as follows:

The contact terminal that under cutting head always touches the workpiece. When cutting head meets something higher, the contact terminal will be up accordingly. At the same time, proximity switch starts to work with displacement sensor which is connected with contact terminal to send signals to superordination industrial PC and the superordination industrial PC will send out corresponding signal to servomotor on Z axis to push the cutting head up. Conversely, contact terminal down, cutting head down accordingly.

For the purpose of high precise no taper cutting, cone-shaped , circular arc, rotating curved surface, tilting cutting and beveling, the dynamic cutting is a must.

Applications

This machine can be used in many materials cutting, such as marble, granite, stone, glass,

metal ,steel,aluminium, rubber, plastic and other materials. The cutting speed depends on the thickness of material, the thicker the slower.The following is the reference cutting speed of different material with different thickness.
